1. Video Interview

This is a short intro from both sides to make sure there is a good fit from both sides and value in diving into the rest of the process.

2. First Interview

Here we go deeper into the vision of the company and what a day-in-the-life here is like and want to go to know you, your aspirations, background, and motivation.

3. Technical Test

This is just like what it sounds. It’s a deep dive into your skill set to demonstrate the value you will bring to the team and our clients.

4. Offer

If there is a good fit, we will provide you the offer right away containing all the relevant details of employment.
